Free Mutants roam the Under-passages in the fallout of the Gas the drones quest.

They wander the Under-passages in groups of two or three. From version 1.0.3.20b onwards some of them may appear as Free Hunchback Mutants on harder difficulties, one on Hard and three on DOMINATING.

This event ends after 30 minutes.
