Core City Player House Burglar

Burglar in your house.

While entering your house, you hear some strange sounds coming from nearby. Player character will exclaim loudly that something is going on and if any container is opened, they will note that something is missing. If player enters the living room in the ground floor, they will be attacked from stealth by a burglar. Burglar will carry five random valuable items he stole from your house. If he is not apprehended, he will disappear along with your items. Having doors to your house or your balcony unlocked increases the chance of this event. If you have bought turrets for your house, the burglar will spawn dead, with stolen items found on their body.

This event ends after 30 seconds (Burglar however does not despawn until you leave your house).
