A mute Fisherman you can meet in a random event. He wields a crossbow and carries some throwing nets, though he first and foremost uses them to complement his fishing methods rather than self-defense.
Description
Not surprisingly the fisherman can be found along the riverside, in places that appear to be good prospective fishing spots. Having a conversation with him has its challenges, but you can learn much from him even through the limited communicational methods of yes/no questions and body language, such as the reason behind his muteness, or even his opinion on fellow fisherman Geezer Ford.
With 90 effective skill you can intimidate him into giving up his spot. He will leave immediately if you succeed, but should you fail he still won't be willing to deal with you any further.
This event ends after 90 minutes.
Trader inventory
The mute fisherman is outstanding at what he does, and will offer any fish he reels in for sale. His stock refreshes every 20 minutes.
