Kevin is the Foundry Guard overseer.
Player interactions
There are several ways to unlock him as a merchant:
- Ask Dan to tell you something about Foundry and the next time you talk to him he'll reveal to you that Kevin sells weaponry.
- Talk with one of the random Foundry Guards in Foundry. You need to be trusted in order to be told.Verify
- Read his entry in Oculus
However, you need Mercantile skill of 10, or Persuasion skill of 30 to access Kevin's shop.
