Synesthete is leader of sorts of the Lunatic camp under Oculus that is accessible via a hidden passage infested with Death Stalkers, on the northern side of the chasm. He wears unique Synesthetic Refocus psionic headband.

Synesthete is a "boss" character, and on DOMINATING difficulty will appear with 400% of his regular health.

Player interactions

By being psionic or by having 70 effective Persuasion and choosing correct dialog options, the player may be allowed by Lunatic Scanner to enter their camp and talk to the Synesthete.

With 8 effective Dexterity, the player may try to snatch the gem from his headband during the conversation with him. Doing so will cause the entire camp to become hostile and if successful, Synesthete will become permanently Dazed.
