The Pirate Outskirts are a series of checkpoints and small pirate settlements on the Black Sea, that border part of Port Ceto and LEMCO. Controlled by the Grim Jetters.

Description

The Pirate Outskirts consist of the first line of defense of the Grim Jetters territory, build over the Hell's Gut cave system close to their main base.

There is a barrel with Broken Prosthetic Leg oddity
There is a Frag Grenade Mk III inside an unmarked barrel in acorner between a shack and the cave wall.

I3

There is a Scrap Jet with Vehicle Repair Kit and two Greater Fusion Cells. If player joins the pirates, they can 'borrow' the jet
