Port Ceto is a location in the southeastern Black Sea. It is controlled by the Grim Jetters.

Description

Port Ceto was built around the ruins of the Citadel of Life, the former metropolis of Lemuria, that got destroyed during Biocorp's attack on Lemuria as well as the Ceto Destroyer, an old damaged Biocorp warship that was left behind.

Katya's Homestead (F1)

Katya lives here, she offers healing services and is a merchant
- She carries Katya's Key (Katya's Homestead)
Some pirates can be found in the area
There are also two Pit Bulls outside of her house
Bowl near the dog house contains a Junkyard Surprise
Outside of the fence to the Homestead are two Bear Traps, one Crawler Poison Bear Trap and one Spirit Poison Bear Trap
West of the fence is Katya's mushroom farm containing regrowing Honey Stalks, Mindshrooms, Red Dream Mushrooms, Lingula. Rarely, it can also contains a regrowing Gremlin Stool, Oozing Shroom or Spirit Mushroom
There are some regrowing Lake Poppies near the water
Doors to her house can be opened with 80 Lockpicking or with her key
- There is a trapdoor to the tunnels below
- Refrigerator contains three Pickled Mindshrooms, two Under Pies, Eel Sandwich and another random foodstuff
- Footlocker can be opened with 80 Lockpicking or with her key, a Robe, Doctor's Pouch and a random Psionic Mentor
Outside of her house to the south is a table with a Giant Hatchetfish
East of her house, near the water is a Fishing Rod
South of her house is a toilet with a hole where player can jump down to the tunnels below
North of her house is a fenced area with a hole where player can jump down to the tunnels below
Lake south-west of her house has a hidden underwater rock bridge leading to a cave. It requires either:
- Psi Empathy and 11 Will
- Psi Empathy and 130 Thought Control
- Second Sight and 7 Will
- Second Sight and 80 Thought Control
- Killing Katya also reveals the secret passage

Katya's Homestead Underground Tunnels

Connects inside of her house to the fenced area north of it
Can be also accessed by jumping through the hole in the toilet south of her house

Katya's Homestead Secret Cave

There is a body of a frozen pirate inside
- If player goes close, they will be confronted by Katya
There is a regrowing Glittershroom on the cave wall

Skidrow East (F2)

Inhabited by many pirates and some Pit Bulls
Donnie the merchant can be found here playing a game with some girls

Port Ceto (F3)

Inhabited by pirates and Pit Bulls

Skidrow West (E2)

Inhabited by some pirates and Pit Bulls
Broken Prosthetic Leg oddity can be found in the box on a counter

Shop (E3)

Some pirates can be found in the area
D' Flinger can be found in the basement
Manhole leads to the Trash Dump
There are two Agility checks (8 effective on the western side and the 9 effective on the eastern side) which allow to climb up and down the upper floor of the prison

Thrasher, a unique giant hermit crab hides in a large trash can

Port Ceto Destroyer (G2)

Inhabited by many pirates
Donnie's shop can be found here
Cruzer can be found on the ship's deck
Doors on the ship lead to Captain's Cabin and Inner Ship

Captain's Cabin

Captain Grim resides here
Locker can be opened with Captain Grim's Key (Port Ceto). It contains 532 charons
Safe can be opened with Captain Grim's Key (Port Ceto). It contains 4 Plasma Cells, Supersoldier Drug, Super Health Hypo, Cigar, Painting oddity, Engraved Cigarette Case and high quality Plasma Core
