Rag is a merchant that owns a boutique store on the edge of the Drop Zone. He fights with a Steel Crowbar.
Player Interactions
Rag is not particularly talkative and if the player enters his shop while wearing any type of Oligarch faction armor, he will refuse to interact with you altogether.
If you trigger hostilities with any of the Core City factions (Praetorian, Coretech, JKK or civilians), Rag will show you his secret basement where it is revealed that he has been stockpiling on various weaponry and ammo. He'll then offer support with 'wrecking the cogs' and give you Punisher unique grenade launcher if you agree to his offer as well as let you access weapon locker behind him, containing most notably Machine Gun Technical Manuals, by Eugene Gatling.
Alternatively, player can ask Jon the Beautiful about Rag in exchange for an Under Pie. You can then confront Rag in his store and with 85 effective Persuasion or 65 effective Mercantile skill convince him to show you his basement for the same effect as above.
