Battery recycling plant is a long-abandoned recycling facility. It is located in east Caves, directly east from South Gate Station cave tunnel exit, in the tunnels blocked by the earthquake.
You can enter the facility via a flimsy ventilation shaft. Much of the facility is in ruins and blocked by rubble, but a remote-controlled utility bot still functions. One of the containers has an Utility Bot Remote Control which allows the bot to be controlled to explore the facility and manipulate unreachable objects. Optoelectric nuclear battery blueprint can be found inside the battery recycling plant.
