Suggestions / Permanent flares should extinguish

I was just doing a beach invasion with no aegis present and I realized there are still a few permanent flares on the beach; there probably shouldn't be if there are no sec-troopers present.  Also, there are a few places in the game where some permanent flares are encountered by the player, like at the entrance to the rathound kings labyrinth, or the spider tunnels under the coretech warehouse; I think these should extinguish once you leave the map and come back.

Aegis is low on soldiers and Yahota is dead.  The kidnapping happened, I went to go negotiate, I switched sides.  I was not asked to get an aegis jet, there was no rescue attempt by sec-troopers, and obviously Yahota isn't watching.  I returned to aegis camp immediately after the interrogation and they are hostile.  I don't see how they could know.

If you sleep and trigger the kidnapping, but the camp is low on guards, it says you are awakened by the voice of a sec-trooper but there is no trooper there to tell you about the kidnapping.

Not a spelling/grammar error, but I'll post it here anyway.  An aegis solder with an lmg said "Let's rock and roll!" which doesnt sound like an aegis line.

It looks like you chopped pieces off of six different rifles and frankensteined them together.  You probably did.

Bugs / Energy resistance bug

Just saw this posted on 4chan.  It looks like they have 100% energy resistance from super steel armor but are still taking energy damage.

Bugs / Amazons turn hostile when you save

I saved the game, and when I got back out of the menu they were hostile and a fight started.  I reloaded and everything was fine.  I saved again in a different slot and the same thing happened.  You can just reload so theres no loss, but its a strange bug at least.

This camera on lvl 1 of the nexus rotates to look directly at the wall.  Instead of five different positions, it should probably just have three.

Talking to Doctor M on mutie island about the effects of mutation, one new paragraph starts with:

"But then it sinks back in, you mind, in calm, again spiraling motion."

should be "your mind", and the rest of the sentence is off but I'm not sure exactly what it should be.

1.  Crusty Martha; she has a non-overcoat leather armor sprite, but she dropped a tacvest.

2.  The exploding ferry; the leaking tanks can be closed in turn-based mode for like 15 ap; trivializes the challenge.
